Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Lushera silk. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Refunds
  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Due to hygiene standards, opened or used silk items cannot be returned unless defective
 
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email lushera.nz@gmail.com within 7 days with photos.
We’ll replace it or issue a full refund.
 
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for defective items or if we sent the wrong item.
Customer-requested exchanges follow the same rules as returns.
 
Return Shipping
  • Customer pays return shipping for non-defective returns
  • Lushera covers shipping for defective or incorrect items
 
Refund Timing
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
