Order Processing

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from New Zealand.

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing. During promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

New Zealand Shipping

We offer:

Complimentary NZ shipping on orders over $100

Flat rate shipping on orders under $100 (calculated at checkout)

Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Lushera is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in tracking your shipment.
