All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from New Zealand.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day. During promotional periods or public holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

 

New Zealand Shipping

We offer:

✔ Complimentary NZ shipping on orders over NZ$100

✔ Flat rate shipping on orders under NZ$100 (calculated at checkout)

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Urban addresses: Usually overnight.
• Rural addresses: Typically 2–3 business days.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays.

 

Australia Shipping

We are pleased to offer shipping to Australia. 

Flat rate shipping: Calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery time: Approximately 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Lushera is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
